Make a Correction Easy to Check
For a factual correction or broken link, include:
- The URL of the affected guide and the heading or sentence you mean.
- A short explanation of what appears wrong.
- The official source URL and the date you checked it, if available.
- The store country and displayed currency when the issue concerns a regional price. These are enough to explain a pricing difference without sending account information.

You do not need to diagnose the cause before writing. “The 115GB statement under this heading appears to describe a download, but this official source calls it available space” is more useful than a general request to fix the guide. If you do not have an official source, identify the uncertainty clearly so it can be investigated without treating it as an established fact.
Please keep messages free of Steam or Activision account identifiers, passwords, recovery codes, SMS codes, phone numbers, payment details and device logs. We do not need those details to correct a guide, and this site cannot use them to recover an account or inspect a purchase.
How the Draft Form Works
The form on this page prepares an email draft inside your browser. Its fields are not submitted to a website inbox or stored by the site. Opening the draft passes the text to your chosen mail application. Review it there and send it yourself when you are ready; generating the draft does not send a message.
- Enter the affected public page URL if there is one, then describe what needs checking.
- Select Prepare email draft. A link to your mail application appears; no message has been sent.
- Open that link, check the recipient, subject and message in your mail application, then choose whether to send.
Editing a form field hides the previously prepared link so you can prepare a fresh draft. The helper needs JavaScript. With JavaScript unavailable, use the direct email address instead. The site does not provide a server-side form fallback, a ticket number or an automatic delivery receipt.
If no mail application opens, you can copy your prepared text into a new email addressed to hello@mw4steam.com. Your mail service handles the message once you choose to send it. See the privacy policy for the difference between local draft preparation and an email you send.
What Happens After a Report
A report can lead to a source check, clearer wording, a link replacement or a correction to the site’s own tool. If sources disagree, the guide may explain the difference rather than choose a value that neither source supports. If a claim cannot be verified, it should remain qualified or be removed.
Sending a report does not guarantee publication of the suggested change or an individual reply. Do not wait for the editorial desk when you need to meet a store refund deadline, secure an account or decide whether a firmware change is safe. Those actions belong with the relevant official service or device manufacturer.
